Sculpture: Jean Verschneider and Signed "J Verschneider" Foundry mark, and further numbered "14/1655"

Artist Jean Verschneider (born 1872 to 1943): Well know versatile French artist/ bronze sculptor who also worked as a metal artist creating a collection of decorative lacquered metal vases. He also created statues for Goldscheider and car mascots, including a famous car mascot called " the kid' which depicted Jackie Coogan from the movie of the same name.
