An extremely rare pair of Majolica bronze mounted plaques from the mid 19th Century, featuring elaborate relief sculpted flowers in vividly glazed complementing colors. Both trimmed in an ornate round open lattice bronze frame with figurals at the top and bottom. These plaques are as visually pleasing as can be, and fabulous for even the most demanding Continental design. Each measuring 25W x 31H and in outstanding condition, a magnificent garniture!
